My Unkle Lives in Yorke.

Such a powerful and effective video that I had to regurgitate this from close to a decade ago.

Johnathan Glazer, the director of this video, is a genius and definitely develops this tune into a short film.

For those who are in the dark, It’s Unkle with guest vocals from Thom Yorke (of Radiohead), with the song titled ‘Rabbit In Your Headlights’ off of their debut album, Psyence Fiction.
For some reason people are tainted with the image of a Nike sneaker when they hear the word “Unkle”. Let’s acknowledge who ‘Unkle’ really is.

I’m actually pretty interested on the thoughts of the video though. There have been discussions on the interpretation of the video and it seems like it’s pretty idiosyncratic. What do you think it represents?

It received Best International Video of the Year award at the MVPA’s in 1999 and in 2006 was ranked as one of the top music video’s of all time.

Can’t argue with that.
