Wale x Justice

Last night the Myspace tour rolled into town and Justice got busy on the stage at the 9:30 club.
The Real Mango Juice boys were definitely in attendance along with Commonwealth founder Omar Quiambao and Event Manager Roland, not only in support of Justice, but also because our homie Wale took to the stage, fresh from his signing to major record label Interscope.

Congratulations is definitely appropriate for an occasion like this. He has signed with Interscope Records along with Mark Ronson’s Allido Records in a joint venture deal. It has been a long time coming and very much deserved. Wale has been one of the hardest working unsigned artists to come along; from the long days of promoting mixtapes and shows to recording countless number of tracks for hours in the studio. Traveling to miniature venues during the beginning of his career was fun in itself, watching the dream develop, but now it’s time to continue to sell-out shows like how he was doing in Europe. Quality music is definitely in effect for the near and long future. Working with other artists and producers such as Black Thought, Bun-B, Pusha T from the Clipse, 9th Wonder, Just Blaze, Mark Ronson, Justice, plus many more, distinct craftsmanship is inevitable.

Be on the lookout for the new mixtape dropping very soon.

Album due out in the fall.

Justice are definitely some cool cats. Even though there was a slight language barrier, being it they’re native French speakers, they were still down to kick it and converse.
