Matthew Santos @ Black Cat.

Matthew Santos came back into town from touring with Mr. Fiasco, to do a live performance at the Black Cat Night Club in DC. They held it in their back room lounge that was a fairly small space for the crowd that was expected, but dope because it made you feel closer to the artist, literally. It was a nice show, the crowd was mixed and it was suprising to see many X’ed hands in the room. Mr. Santos made a statement about people assuming just cause he is affiliated with Lupe Fiasco, thats the type of music you get….WRONG! lol Ravi put me on early so I knew what to expect. Mathew Santos was also accompanied by indie rock band Andy Ziph which was actually dope because it doesnt just stop at their good music, the visual is something else. Hopefully the pictures can show you what I mean…
